HOw can I lose weight and see it?!


Question: HOw can I lose weight and see it!?
I have been working out at the gym for three weeks now and I am ready to do a more "strenuous" workout, but have no clue where to start and what to do!?!? I go three days a week as of now and know first off that I should bump that up to 4 maybe even 5 days a week to really see results!. Does anyone have advice or ideas on a routine that I can start!?!?

*This has really been My "first" try at REALLY working out (I have 2 kids and have just really pushe it aside) and I think that I am doing pretty well!.!.!.!.so I Would appreciate answers that would help me in!.!.!.!.well "a Beginning level" kind of plan!

here are my 3 day plan for you
day 1
a!. do 40 minutes of treadmill or elliptical trainer
b!. do lunges and squats using weights!. do backward and walking lunges using weights!. do crunches using weights!. do bicep curls and tricep kickbacks using weight!. if u don't know any of these!.!.!.look it up online and there will be good explanations!. do these for 30 minutes!.

day 2
a!. do 40 minutes of bike or stair climber
b!. do lunges and squats using the medicine ball!. use the medicine ball for abs!. u can also look up so great exercise online u can do using the medicine ball!. work out your body for a hour using the medicine ball!.

day 3
a!. do 40 minutes of a cardio that u haven't done on day 1 or 2!.
b!. do lunges and squats for 10 minutes!. then get ont the treadmill or the track for 10 minutes!. do sit ups and push ups for 10 minutes!. then get on the treadmill or track for ten minutes!. do punches and uppercuts for ten minutes!. then hit the treadmil or track for th last ten minutes!.

these workouts are going to definately shock your body and muscles!.!.!.u will see results quickly!. also if you have the time!.!.!.go to the local library and do a hour of pilate or yoga sometime in the week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure about working out!.
but drinking only water and walking every day really helps!
plus doing 3 sets of 15 situps helps too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
