What is the best exercises for the legs and thighs ?

i have really fat legs there like tree trunks
what excercise is best for them ?


Answers:

try like jogging, brisk walking, biking, swimming or rollerblading also do squats and lunges to tone them.... drink lots and lots of water... do the cardio for at leat 30 min. a day 3-5 times a week
