Question: Question really quick easy 10 points about eating healthy!?!?
okay well whats a good weight to be at if im 5'1 3/4!. almost 5'2!. and im 13 yrs old!. whats a good weight!? or a range!?!?

also if i walked for 10-15 mins per day and jogged 10 mins per day and biked 15 mins and ate healthy would that help lose weight!? and also how much weight do u think i would lose per week doing all that everyday maybe more on weekends!?!?
