? lost 10 kg in a month doing this diet and fitness program

Breakfast: A mug of diet hot chocolate (25 calories a mug!) and a weight watchers muffin or a slice of whole wheat bread and

Lunch: A big bowl of salad and tuna fish or chicken or grilled meat and some grilled or steam cooked veggies

Dinner : ?n a bowl mix some muesli and lots of different fruits then put on 20 plain m&m's in it then put some low fat milk on it

For snacks many options are available;
Eat snacks only 2 times a day btw breakfast - lunch and lunch-dinner
*20 nestle toll house semisweet chocolate chips (50)
*dove mini dark chocolate squares (30)
*Sugar free ice pops (15 calories)
*sugar free fudgsicle (40 calories)

Just do this and no weight problems will stop you and also you should be exercising at least once a week for 60 minutes not to lose weight but to be in shape=)

Hope it helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Lol I wish !.!. unfortunately babes you are gunna have to give up the choccyWww@Answer-Health@Com

i would limit the chocolate to like one piece a day!. then the next week one piece every other day!. etc!. until you dont even eat chocolate that much!.

develop a habit by forcing yourself to do it!. once you minimize chocolate intake for a couple weeks, you wont even have to try that hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a way round this but it involves changing the type of chocolate you buy!.

If you follow a healthy eating plan and exercise then you can allow yourself a square of chocolate - and I don't mean the stuff that if you read the label is about 30% cocoa and mainly animal fats!. I'm talking about the 75% cocoa variety!.

This stuff may taste a little bitter to you at first but as its purer, it's lower in calories!. Also, the higher the cocoa content, the stronger it'll taste so you will only need one square!. Nibble on it - putting the whole chunk in in one go may freak you out at first! - and it'll give you a far greater chocolate hit that those other bars you've been eating!.

Breakfast - Oatmeal or porridge made with water and skimmed milk!.

Lunch & Dinner - Protein, vegetables, brown rice / wholemeal pasta / small potato!.

Snacks - fresh fruit!. Dried fruit!. Nuts!. Seeds!. 1 square 75% cocoa choc a day!.

Drinks - water!. Green tea!.

Portion sizes - protein should fit in 1 cupped palm!.
Veg fits in 2 cupped palms!.
Carbs should be (once cooked) 3 spoonfuls (not heaped!)!.

Avoid:-
Microwave, diet, low fat, low sugar foods - all full of nasties!.
Hams and other reformed meats!.
Fizzy drinks!.
'Dilute with water' juices!.
White bread - have rye bread, far more filling!.

Good luck and all the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Long as your calorie intake is quite low with the chocolate added into it, it shouldnt be a problem!. Do get an healthier option of chocolate though, like a SMALL low calorie bar of Dark chocolate, i wouldnt say eat it everyday but about twice a week maybe!. Its just a fact that junk food makes us fat, just life !! if only all the veggies and salads made us fat lol and chocolate, burgers, pizza's made us thin! mmmmWww@Answer-Health@Com
