Question: I'm getting stretch marks on my lower legs and they aren't even fat!?!?

Answers:
stretch marks occur because of two things, rapid growth and inadequate hydration of the skin!. You cannot control how quickly you grow, unless you eat too much, but you can control hydration!. Suggest you start drinking two liters of water daily, and make a life long habit of it!. Also get some Ojon moisturizing body lotion and use it on your skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

excercise is the only thing i could suggest or maybe see a doctor about this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Increasing your muscle mass can cause stretch marks also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't need to be fat or gaining weight to get stretch marks!. They're a natural consequence of growing in any direction on your body!. Pretty much everyone gets them and there's not a whole lot you can do about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be having a growth spurt and your skin is not elastic enough to keep up with it!. Zinc and vitamin b6 is involved in keeping skin elastic and strong, I guess coca butter can be rubbed on in hope it will keep the skin supple!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

who knows!. use cocoa butter lotion to prevent themWww@Answer-Health@Com
