if i bike for about 30 minutes every day for a month will i notice changes?


Answers:

They are both good workouts, but jogging would do more for your body as whole. Meaning, it would work your legs, arms, and abs, whereas biking just mainly works your lower body. Both are good to use to get your heartrate it, it mainly depends if your body can handle jogging. If you are just getting into jogging, then you could always do intervals of walking/jogging, and if you feel it was too light of a workout then add a mile or so of biking for an all around workout.
