Week meal plan?!


Question: Week meal plan!?
Im looking to loose weight but the problem is that i love eating junk food!.!.!. its a weakness so is there anyone out there that can suggest a good one week meal plan that would help with this!? I m looking to loose some weight the wieght i have i know is just from eating junk!.!. and its mostly belly fat!.!.!. so i need help

Well if you want to lose weight not only do you have to exercise but you also have to cut back on the junk food! It will be hard but you can do it! Try eating salads and avoid fried, greasy foods!. You can aet this types of foods mon-fri and then on the weekends treat yourself to whatever you want! But remeber no cheating mon-fri!!! You can exercise at home watching exercise dvds if youi not into going to the gym!. they have some really goods ones, you have comcast in exercise tv by jillian michaels (biggest loser)!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know you are looking for an actual menu plan here!. But have you ever tried a Weight Watchers!? This plan will help you make your own daily menu-you can eat WHATEVER you want-you just have so many "points" a day to use toward food!. For example you would get 20 points a day at your weight!. A serving of Doritos is 3pts!. You could easily add "junk food" into your plan, just don't go crazy and overeat!. I am 22, 5'7'' and weigh 145!. Before I started WW, I weighed 170!.
