ok i want to lose weight for this summer lik 20 pounds!.!.anything that u can gurantee will help if i stick to it!?!? or any other suggestions!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

alright hun, this is what ya gotta do:
if your family always eats junk, next time they go shopping for food, go with them!! Get healthy foods youd like, if they don't want to buy it, tell them all the good things eatting healthy will do for someone!. You know, like eatting all that junk can make you lazy!.!.!.all that stuff!.
Start running or biking!. Exersize is key!. Little bits a day can do a lot!
Drinking water is also very good!. Get rid of the soda, water is great!. Drink 8cups a day!. by the end of the week-youll lose a pound! just buy drinking 8cups!!

eat less! 1st make ur meals 3/4 there original size then after about a week cut it down 2 half the original size :) and no skipping breakfast, breakfast kickstarts your metabolism and if you dont eat it you will only get fatter

puking is also bad 4 weightloss so dont start that either lol
its should be fairly easy to lose the wate cuz ur a youngin :D

well, to tell you the truth, i lost 10 pounds in 1 week!. i played basketball and run at the same time!. play ball for about 2-3 hours a day and run for about 30 min-1 hr in the morning then in afternoon, run 30min- 1 hr!. Try eating fruits to fill up stomach instead of just eating junk food!. ask parents to buy some fruits such as orange, bananas, and apples!. they really help to give energies!. this is what i did!. i hope this helps!. staying fit is the way to be !Www@Answer-Health@Com
