Question: Today!.!.help me out!. tomorrow is super important for me!. easy 10 points! (:!?
so!.!.!.today I had
a 190 calorie muffin and a 100 calorie fat free yogurt for breakfast!.
then for lunch, i had a turkey sandwich with a little mustard on wheat bread, then about 100 calorie worth of goldfish, and another 100 calorie fat free yogurt!.

then for dinner, i had 2 small chicken tacos!.
(small tortilla shells, a little cheese, a little sour cream, and grilled chicken cooked with olive oil)

for exercise i didnt do much!.!.!.i ran 2!.5 miles and walked at 3!.5 mph for 1/2 a mile!.
then i did 400 crunches all ways!.

it wasnt a lot but i didnt have a lot of time!.
right now im feeling extremely bloated, my stomach is soo large and gross!. tomorrow is sooo important i have to wear a tight dress for the entire school day!. what do i do!? will it get smaller by morning!? ive had some water but not too much after i worked out because its late and i dont wanna be extra bloated!.!.


so what will happen!? did i do okay todaY!?

Just drink a lot of water to flush your system!. You'll be fine by morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink some more water, not too much, try going to the bathroom and maybe try taking some Gas-X or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
