Help on my diet!?!


Question:

Help on my diet!?

I was thinking if i could just drink water only, to lose my weight asap. I am 173cm tall in height, and 78kg in weight.

I know i am overweight, i am also quite sad.

And i have a little problem.
Whenever reaches at night time, i will always feel so hungry and wanting to snack some of my favourite food which is very high in calories and unhealthy. I cant seem to quit the thoughts of snacking at night. I just cant control. Can anyone suggest a solution to help me quit these unhealthy thoughts?

If let's say after i seek for medical attention, will the doctor be likely to prescribe me a pill that will make my stomach feel more "filled"?


Answers:

diets dint work
and you NEED more then just water
just eat 3 times a day(breakfast/lunch/dinner)
and have snacks 2 times a day
and exercise
If it's not your thing, try to do at least 10 or 12 sit-ups
