Question: Weight loss help!?!?
Im 16, I weigh 67kg i am hoping to lose about 17-20kg this year!. I am 178cm tall!. Ok!.!.!. i bike for 1hr every day and go for 2 runs a day(30mins-1hr) Any ideas on how i could lose this weight!?!? any recipes!?!? exercise ideas!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure to drink about 64 ounces of water a day
Eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 bigger meals
It will jump start your fat burning metabolism
Expand more calories they you consume
Take a multi-vitamin
