Question: Teen Weight loss help!?!?
Im 16, I weigh 148lbs i am hoping to lose about 17-20kg this year!. I am 5 ft 11in tall!. Ok!.!.!. i bike for 1hr every day and go for 2 runs a day(30mins-1hr) Any ideas on how i could lose this weight!?!? any recipes!?!? exercise ideas!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you need to lose weight!. You sound really healthy to me, but if you really do want to lose weight, you can put yourself on a regular exercise routine and work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all 1000 calories is NOT a good diet, you should be eating about 2000 calories per day, second 20kg is 45 pounds, if you lose that much weight you are gonna be 105 pounds at 5'11'!?! Thats not attractive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
