How do I get more effective sleep?!


Question: How do I get more effective sleep!?
Well, I am currenty a really busy high school student and I don't get more than 7 hours of sleep a night!. I am always tired in the afternoons and was wondering how I can get more effective sleep and wake up energized!. What are some good tips to start the day with so that I don't feel this way all the time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop drinking anything with caffeine in it after 3 in the afternoon!. Before you go to bed drink warm milk!. When you are in bed focus completely on your breathing and picture the air filling your lungs and then leaving again!. I know it sounds dorky but it's what my doctor told me to do and I get an amazing night of sleep when I do it!. I work two part time jobs (equaling over one full time total) and am a full time college student!. I understand bad sleep and being tired!. Drink cold water when you are tired!. It speeds up your metabolism and wakes you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a short walk before going to bed!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day!. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food!. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times!. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough!. No snacks or drinks in between except water!.

Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day!.

Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time!.

This regime cud be continued even after achieving the target to maintain a healthy body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go for a run or do some kind of excersize during the day because when I was very active I could fall asleep in an instant when it came time!. If you are not very active then your body is not tired when it comes time to go to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
