Bodybuilders six packs?!


Question: Bodybuilders six packs!?
im a bodybuilder and get six packs then loose them is it impossible for a bodybuilder to keep a six pack and if so what should i do to keep it this is my protein intake on workdays i take about 200 grams of protein and rest days 100 should i reduce my protein intake and right now im trying to pack on a couple extra pounds of muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

you can't bulk and cut at the same time!. if you're trying to pack on the muscle, don't worry about your six pack!. eat a lot and then once you've reached or surpassed your goal, start cutting using bcaa's to help preserve most of the muscle you've packed on!. also, look into a clean bulk!.!.!.meaning, not high in fat or anything like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should incorporate a strong core workout into your daily routine!. On my swim team we basically did 20 minutes of abs, every 2 minutes we switch to something different!. Bicycles, crunches, situps, using medicine balls, planks!. It doesn't really matter, but just get in lots of time with AbsWww@Answer-Health@Com

it's all about the diet!. i'm 250 lbs and stay in single digit body fat all year round!.

you need to keep your body fat under control when bulking up!. personally for those that train natural (no AAS) I recommend that they stay close to the competition weight all year round!. if you are gaining major amounts of body fat then you are consuming too much of the wrong types of foods!. your diet should be high protein and low GI all year round!.,Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!.!.!. You just have not figured out yet that "hypertrophy" of fibers and multiplication of fibers is different!.!.!. :)

I shouldnt say this, but why dont you give Trenbolone Acetate a try instead of your traditional test!.!.!.!.!.!. You will not put on mass half as fast, but you will also notice that none of it goes away when you come off cycle!.!.!. Playing with IGF-1 receptors are neat like that!.!.!. :)

Also, consider coming off your cycles correctly!.!.!. Meaning start doing DHEA, Tribulus, Proviron, and use that HCG!.!.!. Proper post therapy is critical to maintaining mass!.!.!.

Oh, and you and I both know that you can build mass and loose weight at the same time!.!.!. You just have to know what you are doing!.!.!. :)
