Answers:
being 250 pounds doesnt say anything, you could be 6-7, where 250 pounds would be normal!.

do you have any numbers like height, body fat %, etc!.

but yea always, looking cut means having less fat and more muscle, which requires diet AND exercise, in your case, only exercising 2 days in a row is not enough if you keep the same diet, what you eat is more than 75% of looking skinnier and or cut!.

try eating 6 meals a day if your a guy and 5 if our a girl, but make them small means, with protein before and especially after a workout!.

also, working out 2 days in a row (sat & sun) may not be the best choice, since on saturday you will be at your best , but your sunday workout will be compromised because you wont be performign as well!.

rememberm, looking more cut means losing fat, which means you have to eat right (protein whole grains) and eat less, along with exercising!. try workign out 3 days a week, a day apart, working on different muscles each time (first day upper body, next time legs)Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you live near a high school!? run stadiums!. those are killer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i cant even asnwer this question mate you have no idea!.
theres so many reasons why u cant get cut its not worth even trying at your size unless your willing do drop 90 pounds of fat and go on a good steroid cycle and train 6 days per week hard
and if you only train 2 days per week it will never happen!.
go to www!.bodybuilding!.com and get to work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
