Question: UGH! I just ate 500 calories today!!?
I don't feel like working out today!. I was supposed to be on a 300 calories diet!. But I went 200 calories over!. I feel really guilty!. I KNOW I have anorexia, but I can kind of control it!. I feel guilty when I am starving bcuz I feel like I am hurting my body!. But then again I feel guilty when I eat bcuz I know I will be fat!. I feel like I will NEVER get rid of these 15 pounds! (dont say atkin's!.) Please tell me how I can stop feeling guilty when I eat, BUT still lose 15lbs!. I'm 5'3", 126lbs, and 14!. I know I"m healthy, but I look FAT!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a counselor, therapist, WHATEVER, and go get treated for anorexia!.

Don't deny it!. You DO have anorexia!. You're starving yourself for a figure!. You are not fat at all!.
Anorexia does not mean you stop eating completely!.
EDIT: Considering the fact you're fourteen, I would hope you knew why anorexia is bad and does not work!.

1!. If you're going swimming and eating so little, I assure you, you probably will pass out!. Not exactly attractive to the guys!.

2!. Your body is STARVING!. When it starves, any new food you begin to eat is turned into fat!. Exactly what you don't want!.

3!. You're getting so far into it!.!.!.once you get too far, it's very hard to jump back to a normal life!.

Anorexia is a disorder in which the person is striving for a certain figure by eating too little or even starving!. Just because you see someone eating does not mean they don't have anorexia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will feel better if you eat more and exercise!. Try picking up jogging!. Start with 15 minutes and then increase the speed and distance!. And please eat at least 1400 calories a day preferably 1600 - 1800!. Oh and try to accept yourself!.

Ok so I'm 5'2" and 120 lbs!.!.!. I am no where near fat!.

Seriously, you're doing so much harm to your body it's not even funny!. You'll need at least 1200-1600 calories per day just to keep up your basal metabolism (the energy your body needs to do basic thinks like keep your heart beating)!.

If you want to loose weight and not hurt your body while doing it, you're going to have to do it the healthy way!. Diet and exercise!. You don't have to join a gym to loose weight, go for a walk, play outside, just get your heart rate up for a little while and thats exercise!. And for the diet- NOT ALL FOOD is bad! Get enough food, but choose healthy options! Cut out the junk food!

If you eat a regular meal, lets say steak, chicken, or pasta!.!.!. etc!. you're not gonna GAIN weight!!!! You're gonna keep yourself healthy! Eating lots of junk makes you gain weight! Wow!. You realize that the average calorie intake is around 1,500 calories a day!. When you don't eat healthy your body goes into this bad mode!. If you cut carbohydrates out of your diet then your body goes into Protien Sparring, which produces ketones and can lead to Ketosis which can kill!. Cutting protiens from the diet leading to carbohydrate overloading and then all the carbs that you don't use right away get stored as fat!. Also when you cut carbs and eat a high protien diet you end up craving carbs and when you eat you gain all that weight plus some back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i don't eat it!.
if i try and convince myself saying i am sooo hungry and its just a little piece of food
then i run that little argument in my head again!. lol

I have been were you are now!. At 14 I was 5' and weighed 86 pounds!. Your body needs at least 1000 calories a day in order to work properly!. If you take in less than that your body goes into starvation mode and holds on to every calorie you do eat and turns it into fat!. Try eating raw vegetables and low fat low carb foods!. I know its hard but it does work!. Exercise daily for at least 20 minutes!. Also if you want to look them up there are foods called negative calorie foods that actually help you lose weight because the body burns more calories digesting them than then actually contain!. you do know that by starving yourself your metabolism will get slower and when you DO eat you will get fat!. Eating is a the most important thing to do when you want to loose weight and by drinking water and exercising your metabolism will go faster and you will loose pounds in a HEALTHY way!. You should eat at LEAST 1,500 calories a day!.!. and that does not make you anorexic because being anorexic means that you are really stick thin skinny!. and you are at a good weight!. This makes you retarded because that is the most stupid thing that I have EVER heard someone doing to their body!.!.!. and that is not gonna help you lose weight because your body is gonna go into starvation mode and it is gonna store all the fat!. i like the therapist idea suggested above!. however, as far as diet goes, look at it like this: what you're doing now is putting your body into starvation mode and it's causing it to store fat!. in addition, your body will consume its own muscle as energy--hence, the weight loss you get from not eating!. so, it will turn you into a chubby girl with no muscle!. I'm sure that's not what you want, so why are you losing weight in this fashion!? let's explore a healthier way of losing weight!. and, it's gonna me a long road for you, so don't get discouraged if you stop seeing progress along the way!.!.!.just come back and ask how to change things at that point!.

first, start working out--if you want the body of an athelete, it's gonna take some work!. you know those girls you see on the cover of a swimsuit magazine!? well, they workout and EAT properly!. not a single one of the starve themselves!.!.!.trust me anorexic chicks are not cute!. so, if you're willing to put forth the effort to have the body you want, then join a gym, do some cardio and lift some weights!.

diet: you should NEVER go below 1200 calories!.!.!.and that's just a rule of thumb!. being that you're 14, it's the time that you take control of your life and make a lifestyle change right now!. instead of starving yourself, eat good food!. as i explained above, you want to lose fat and keep muscle!.!.!.and what you're doing isn't going to work out for you in the long run, especially!. so, let's look at a diet that will help you lose fat and maintain muscle!. eat your carbs in the morning and for lunch!. good breakfast carbs are cream of wheat or oat meal!. lunch should consist of a sandwhich on wheat bread with no cheese and little or no mayo!. the meats on your sandhwich should be healthy, such as turkey or chicken!. for dinner, eat fish or chicken with veggies--no more carbs after lunch!. i don't want you to eat any sugars, fats, fried foods, cheese, or anything that you feel is high in fat!. if you stick to this, you'll probably notice some weight gain at first (muscle coming back) and then you'll notice that the weight will start to come off!. also, if you do decide to go to the gym, the same thing will happen--gain some muscle weight at first and then you'll lose it!. however, in a few months time, you'll see that you'll start to look more like a fitness model!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you constantly ate under 1000 calories a day you would not have that 15 lbs to lose!. Its people who do this low calorie thing for a few days and then go back to normal eating!.!.!. but guess what!? Your body is used to the few calories so your metabolism has slowed down!. Instead of losing actual fat by starving you ended up losing water weight and muscle!.!.!.and when you eat normal again you gain FAT weight!.

So solution!?
Eat normal!. Muffin or granola bar for breakfast, sandwhich for lunch and salad for dinner!. For snacks have fruit or vegi's or 100 calorie snacks like pudding!. Exercise 30 mins daily!. And start using dumbells and do leg lifts and crunchs!. Just do this for 4 weeks and you will see BIG changes vs your whole not eating approach!.

Also remember by gaining muscle the number on the scale goes up!.!. but thats a good thing!.!. muscle burns more calories and gives you more of an appearance of being tone!.


But in all honesty!.!.you dont look overweight in the least!.!.!. so chances are its all in your head!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
