Question: Is there a way to loose 5 pounds in a week!?
I'm already eating healthy, and i've cut out carbs and sweets except for grapefruite 3 times a day, and i am eating meats and vegies!. And i work out 5 times a week for an hour!. Is there anything else i can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

These are recommended weights!. Talk with your doctor about what weight is best for you and before undertaking any new diet or exercise programs!.

OK, I'm back :) Your range is 112 - 140, and you are already on the downside of this bell curve at 120!. So you might wish to readdress you "need" to lose 4 pounds!.

That said, if you are dead set on doing this -- do it right!. You can harm your body by gorilla diet techniques, so don't do it!. At 22, I assume your soul motivation is to look sexy for some upcoming event, and take it from a man, fit is much sexier than thin!.

So here is my counsel!. Exercise at 65% of your maximum heart rate!. This is the "Fat Burn" zone, and what professional endurance athletes train at -- for good reasons!. In this range, your body will burn fat, not glucose!.

Training "smart" not "strong" is the key!. This range will seem like you are barely breaking a sweat, and you can do so much more -- DON'T!. You will not make your goal!. If you train at a higher Heartrate, your body will use glucose, not fat!.

The key is slow and long!. Since you want the crash course, here is the program!. 60 minutes a day continuous exercise in the morning, and another session before bed!. Every day -- no excuses!. Do healthy exercise (low impact)!. Bike, eliptical,etc!. Stay away from running -- your joints can't take this kind of stress!.

Now, for sensible nutrition!. If you try to deny hunger, you lose!. Why!? Because your body is smart, and will store fat as a result of your forced famine!. So be smart!. Work with your body!.

Go buy a bag of walnuts!. They just became your best friend!. High in Omega fats and protein!. Eat 6 walnuts 20 minutes before every meal!. Eat more small meals rather than 3 large!.

Fiber is your second best friend!. Find some double fiber or "sprouted grain" bread!. (Food for Life make some good bread!.) By some Omega peanut butter, some applesauce with the lowest sugar, some cinnamon, and some fiber additive from the drug section of your supermarket!. Make your own apple butter by mixing the cinnamon and fiber into the applesauce jar!. Use this to make a toast with PB and apple butter!. Cinnamon is an appetite suppressant, just like the good fats!. Eat a slice of this toast every morning!. It's fast, and you will feel full!.

If you get bored, substitute the PB for some 0 fat turkey (Oscar Meyer), and make a yummy turkey sandwich!.

Avoid sugar like the plague for now, especially High Fructose Corn Syrup -- it's in soda's and sauces!. (And store brand apple butter!.)

Pick up some balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil!. Eat with you toast 20 minutes b4 meals!. The idea is the healthy fats make you feel full!.

Eat when you are hungry!. Never starve, or you body will store!. STARVE = STORE!.

Exercise also signals the body that it does not need to store, so you are sending cellular signals your body can understand!. You are speaking the "cell language"!.

Remember, you may get promised easier methods that seem like magic, but science rules the known universe!. So stay away from the wee gee board, and communicate with the language you body understands -- sound nutrition and exercise!. You'll not only be thin, but you will have those vertical lines on you stomach and lower back that will make you look "fit" -- AND YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU CAN CONQUER THE KNOWN UNIVERSE (which by the way, at 22, you can!.)

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

Yes but it is very dangerous to lose weight so fast but if you want to then you have to cut back to one meal a day drink lots of liquids and exercise like crazy!. You might lose more then that probably if you do those things but my advise is to be safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are lots of other things you can do like stop drinking water and drink decaf green tea!. There is a lot of bad information out there!. It has made America the fattest society ever!. But it makes food companies and diet companies rich!. Learn why black coffee, lean meat and non-fat yogurt are so fattening!. The book, Intuitive Eating, says "If you tell yourself that you can't or shouldn't have a particular food, it can lead to intense feelings of deprivation that build into uncontrollable cravings and, often, bingeing!." Nourish your body thin, instead of starving it fat!. Learn the fastest way to lose weight!.

Never cut carbs, fats and calories!. Eat foods made by nature, not man-made foods designed to make you fat and addicted to food!. Which has more calories: a plain potato or one with a healthy fat like olive oil!? The latter!. Which is more fattening!? The former!. How can this be!? The fat slows down the calories going into the blood (see glycemic load and glycemic index) making it less fattening!. It is not about how many calories but how fast they enter the blood!. But plant foods have fiber!. Fiber provides no calories, is filling and also slows the calories entering your blood!.

First, why did you cut carbs out of your diet!? They are the most efficient energy producers for your body!. Protein takes much longer for your body to turn into fuel, and is not as efficient!. The vitamins, water, etc!. have no impact to burning calories!.

If you are interested in 5lbs in a week, either lower calorie intake or increase calorie expenditure!. By the way, 5lbs = 17,500 cal!. Or in other words, running about 4 1/2 marathons in one week!. 5lbs in one week is unrealistic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
