How many calories should I try to burn a day?!


Question:

How many calories should I try to burn a day?

I am 5'0"...
and a Female 32 years old
Last month I started Phetermnine and I was at 158 Obese BMI
Now I am at 142 Overweight...

My Goal is 115 (Normal BMI 2.22)

I know I should be eating about 2,000 calories a Day (Active)

If I eat 2,000 How many Calories should I try to Burn a Day?

I do water Areboics and Yoga alternating 1 hour a day..I guess I am a=burning between 400 and 600 a Day..But I am not sure if this is enough...
Does Anyone know how many Calories should I burn Daily?

Water Aerobics and Yoga are not what it seems..In water you burn 3 times more than if you were doing the same thing outside..Only cause things look easy and passive doesnt mean that is not effective..You'll be suprised...

according to ur BMR (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calcul... - visit this site if you would like to try it urself) you would burn about 1400 calories if you were to just stay in bed all day. so that means you need to burn an extra 600 calories on ur own to maintain your body weight if you were to consume 2000 calories each day. if you want to loose, you could subtract 250 calories from ur calorie consumption each day, and then add on 250 to ur exercise. total you will burn 2250 calories each day and consume 1750.
