First of all - congratulations on the weight loss!

Secondly - this is completely normal!.

Usually when you are losing weight you find that you come to a 'plateau' and the weight just refuses to come off!.

It's usually at these points that people 'fall off the wagon' and fall back into their unhealthy habits because they wonder what the point is in being healthy if they're not losing the weight!.

You just need to work through these stages!. Continue with your regime as it will still be helping greatly, even if you're not seeing the results you want on the scales!.

It could also be due to muscle gain!. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are building up more muscle then this could be why you are not seeing any weight loss!.

Just keep going, you're doing great! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be that you need to switch things up a bit!. Have you started working out!? What kind of diet are you on!?
Need more info!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you've hit a plateau!. try changing your daily food diet for a week or two!. and take the stairs not the elevator!. park furthest from any store!. there are many ways to get out of a plateau!.
good luck
and congrats on all the weight loss!Www@Answer-Health@Com

At some point you have to switch from cardio to strength traning!.!.!. also, are you still losing inches!?

Remember, muscle weighs more than fat! You can reach your BMI without actually losing weight!

Keep it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a rule of thumb you give it 30 days!. You are almost there so you might need to change a few things!. It can be as simple as doing an extra 20 minutes of exercise or trying to push yourself a little harder!. sounds like you are doing great though!. It is normal for everyone to go through a plateau without any change for a while!. This is were many give up their diets so remember keep at it!. Usually the people that keep at it start to lose lots of weight again!. Just change it up a little maybe your workouts are not so challenging anymore!. Diet wise if you have been 80% faithful to your diet the weight loss will return!.

Good Luck

Weightlifting, what you need to do is weightlifting, its so much better than cardio!. Its what really burns fat!. The reason is you break down your muscles and to get the energy back to repair it it uses fat!. Get the nutrition straight for weightlifting and sart with weights you can handle for 10-12 reps, then progress to weights you can handle for 8 reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have probably hit a weight loss plateau don't be discouraged!. Keep it up!! Good luck!

start losing weight on other areas of the body!. martial arts is a good method of doing this since most of the exercises target areas of the body less used!. I take Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the work outs are rigorous, but most instructors let you move at you own pace!.!.!.and who knows you may even have fun doing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
