Question: How can I lose more weight!?
I weigh 423 pounds last time I checked!. I cut down to 2 cheesburgers a day and Im not drinking Coke (only Diet Coke)!. I tried going to the gym, but I broke the Bike so Im banned!.

OMG!!!! There is no excuse for any one to weight that much without having a disease!. You need a whole new diet, NO cheese burgers AT ALL and no coke at all, just because it's diet doesn't mean good for loosing weight!. GOD 423!.!.!.that's just gross!. You might be done for!. Find a bike that won't break on your A$$ and get on that for 45 min every day!. God that's just horrible I know a girl that big and she is just nasty and there is no hope for her and if you don't give up your life style now you'll be doomed as well!. Drink nothing but water and eat the oppsite of what you have been!. It will be hard but you have to have the will to do it!. That means making some big changes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not drink any soft drinks at all, not even diet coke!. It has chemicals that help retain water weight, so you will NOT lose weight drinking diet soft drinks!.

Drink mostly ice water!. Put a slice of lemon and/or lime in it for flavor!.

Suggest buying a Weight Watchers book, follow their plan!. You do not need to go to meetings unless you want to!. They suggest weighing your food, so buy a food scale!. They also suggest that you can reward yourself for one meal a week by having anything you want, just don't eat enough for two people!. You can eat more for that meal, just don't overdo it!.

Drink ice water when watching TV, do not snack then, only try water!. Do not eat before sleeping as that is when you gain the weight too!. Eat a good breakfast and lunch too with only a light dinner!. Avoid those energy bars, no good for dieters!. Avoid any creamy soups or creamy salad dressings!. Go for the clear soups and salad dressings!. You can use Olive Oil as a salad dressing too!. Go for the first cold pressed Olive Oil, as it has more flavor!. Brown rice is healthier than white rice!.

No fried foods!. Take the skin off the chicken!. Grill your chicken or other meats either outside or on an indoor grill!.

Eat more fruits and veggies!. Dark colored veggies are better!. Try an apple with peanut butter for a snack!. Tastes great!.

Walk everywhere you can!. Walk to a neighborhood store for little things like a few apples or a one dollar lottery ticket!. It helps when you exercise by walking to have a goal or destination!.
