Question: When will i see the results!?
when do you usually see results when your loosing weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
When you will stop to notice the results!. The first question to ask is this: What results are you looking for, measurement wise!? Is it to be a certain weight!? If you lose 1 pound per week, it means you are progressing!.

This is through experience: Some people respond to weight loss easily and within days, like 2 days, they see dramatic weight drop, some take 7 days!. Yet, usually, they are the people that have trouble retaining the weight!.

There are other people who retain the weight as if stubbornly!. Yet, don't be discouraged!. When it "seems" as though the body is not responding, it is!. The body is actually preparing for that adjustment, and you just don't see it because it is all internal!. It is kind of doing the "checks and balances" of the reservoirs of the body, in order to better adapt to the change in diet or exercise!. It is not a steady hill, in terms of weight loss!. It is usually, a flat line, for weeks, maybe 2 weeks, and then a sharp loss of weight, followed by a flat line of "no change," followed by a sharp loss again!.

Don't be fooled and think that the diet is not working!. Your body is adjusting, is preparing to shed the weight!. Be patient and you will have the desired weight that you seek!.

NOTE: think of it in terms of the weight you want to be at, not in terms of the pounds you want to lose!. EXAMPLE: I want to be 130 lbs!. Don't think: I want to lose 30 lbs!. Human beings don't cope with "loss" very well!. Better to adapt a view which is easier to cope with!.

Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can loose 2lbs of body fat per week healthily by eating correctly and exercising!. usualy you wont notice a change on teh scale becuase you will also be gaiing muscle but if you use calipers (tool to measure bodyfat) you should see a change quite regularly (as in every week you should see a lower reading on the caliper)

this is a type of body fat caliper

Well Usually about 2 weeks, but you have to keep up with it and dont take a break!. Just keep following your plan! Most people stop within a week because they see nothing, but beilive me, just go for two weeks without stoping, you'll see results and it will want you to keep working! Just keep it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com
