How do you lose muscle in your quads?!

How do you lose muscle in your quads?

I'm a soccer player and nobody else has said anything bad to me about my body, only good things. My whole upper body and core are fit and I'm a size 0 in the waist but sometimes I have to wear a 4 because my quads are huge. It's all muscle but uhhh I can't stand it. How can I lose muscle mass there and still be able to play elite soccer?(and basketball, x country, and track)


Answers:

Doing more cardio than weight training will slim your quads. Depending on your body physique, some people just have more thick or thin legs than others. Running long distance would be your best bet to slim your legs. when your legs are sore from running then try the eliptical or bike to keep burning calories in your legs.
