Question: Are you at your goal weight!?
If so, how did you get to it!? What kind of exercise/diet plan did you follow!? How many pounds did you lose!?

I am at my goal weight!. I lost 30 lbs and went from 39% body fat to 16% body fat over a course of 4months!. I was able to do this by working out 5-6 times a day!. I would spend 30 minutes on a bike, or an eliptical, or on the treadmill (later i found out that I should have been doing cardio after my strength training, but at first I was not aware)!. I would then spend another 30 minutes lifting weights!. I would alternate my days!. 1 day I would concentrate on my arms and back, next day abs, next day legs, and so on!. I would then spend an additional 15-30 minutes on the treadmill, or eliptical, or bike (always good to mix it up)!.

I would walk more to places rather then driving!.

As for food, I made myself wat breakfast and stop drinking jioce, pop, and any other form of beverage that contained calories!.

I would eat 6 meals a day

I would try to avoid ground beef, eating steak and pork more then 2 per month!. I would receive my protein intake mainly from eggs, chicken or fish as they have less fat!.

I would drink 1% milk rather then 2% milk!.

I would eat vegtables and fruits far more often!.

I would stop eating 3 hours prior to going to bed

Try to avoid junk foods, foods high in sugar, and pre-made items!.

Also, when eating salads!.!.!.look at the salad dressing!.!.!.most people think that just because they are eating a salad they are eating right!.!.!.WRONG! salad dressing can have more fat that a burger! Some salad dressings can contain up to 7 grams of fat per table spoon!.!.!.most people put on about 3 table spoons!.!.!.nto so healthy anymore!. So always watch the labels!.

don't eat junk food!. don't drink soda!. don't drink alcohol/ smoke!. exercise 5 times a week, and get 8 hours of rest!. i was about 130 lbs at 6'3", which is really skinny for a 18 year old guy!. Now i'm 230 lbs at the same hieght, and nearly none of it is fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no im not, but it's only really a matter of 2-3 lbs!. i know it will come off because im training for a marathon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah im happy i eat a huge breakfast, a pretty big lunch, and a small dinner and take my dog for a 2 mile walk every night im toned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i wanted to way 104, and i did it by not eating as much junk food!. I still ate but i made better chooses!.
I also took more walks and sport season started so i lost weight like that

No not yet my goal weight is 150 pounds!. I was 260 pounds and so far I've lost 80 pounds!. I started a blog about trying to lose the last 30 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was, then I went under my ideal weight, then gained back!.!.!.!. and now I am tring to get back and stay there!. I simply ate around 1400 calories a day and stayed active!. The weight came off quicker then I noticed and people were telling me that I need to STOP losing weight!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

I started at 205 ( was around 130 my whole teenage years, got married gained the weight) then tried fasting and crazy methods to lose weight!. The week long fast made me lose a lot of weight but I gained a lot back!. it wasnt until I stopped worrrying about the weight, and stopped using food for comfort that I lost weight and kept it off!. I'm at 150 now, and it's not hard to keep it off, and I have for over a year!.!.!.while I slwoly dropped weight!. I LOVE to eat, I wont give it up!. I will not give up cookies and treats/!.!.!.I eat whatever I want, whenever I want it!. Your body will take you where it needs to be on its own, if you need sweets, by all means!.!.!. eat some!. BUT you cant eat it all just cause it's there, you have toreally need/crave it, get it out of your stystem and move on!. ANd the main thing is work out, workout!! I do elliptical (sp!?) while watching tv!. it goes by fast and I love it!. I do an hour a day!. And I have found a love for getting ativity!. If I eat too much too soon for bed time, then I make myself move a lot!.!. to use it!

Nope, I need to lose about 45-50 pounds and I'll be happy!. I'm at 180 now and 2 years ago I was at 135!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im 90-kg now but im not flabby big, im built big! im also nearly 7 foot!. But im pretty healthy, im not a big exerciser but i love my bike, i eat fruits and veg and drink juice all the time, but i do drink alot of coke and i love cheese and chips, i would love to loose a few kilo's but i am happy with the way i am!.

If i was to go on a diet plan i would drink only water and juice, eat your 2 fruit and 5 veg everyday, do your find 30 a day and i wouldn't snack throughout that day!
