If i workout like this will i lose weight?!


Question: If i workout like this will i lose weight!?
ok well i have softball practice
but when i get home i run a mile and bike two miles and then i run another mile and then i do about 100 crunches and about 50 pushups
and i am eatin salads and healthy good everyday and water!.!.!.!.how long until i see results if any!?!?!? please help! thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you will see results!.!.!.but you need to vary your workout!. you will see results temporarily but if you do the SAME workout you will be hitting the SAME muscle!.!.!.!.go to the library and get a dvd of pilates or yoga!. do planks instead of crunches one day!. do stair climbers!.!.!.!.do elliptical trainer!.!.!.swim!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the small things count, add variation to your crunches and pushups

also say for salads, throw out the crutons or oily dressing (for basalmic vinegar)Www@Answer-Health@Com
