Love handles???!


Question:

Love handles???

How do i get rid of love handles???..any exercises or anything that can help??..and would walking ton up my theighs and make them thinner..what else could help tone up my theighs and make them slimmer?

Answers:

First of all - you need to do 30-45 minutes of cardio at least 3 days a week. Second of all - eat a well balanced diet. And last, but not least - you need to do concentrated exercises.

Side Plank Twist

Lay on your left side
Place your left elbow and forearm on floor with palm in front
Place your right foot infront of your left foot for a base
Lift yourself up so you are balanced on your forearm and feet
(if you need to you can keep your left knee on the floor)
Extend your right hand up into the air
Exhale as you twist from the waist
At the same time bring your right arm under your chest
Hold for 2 counts
Inhale as your extend you hand back into the air
That's one rep - try doing 8-12 reps per side
