Answers:
If your trying to diet you should limit your lunch to 400 calories, which sounds like yours may have been closer to 500-600 calories!. Also, everything you ate was completely unhealthy and lacked any sort of nutritional value!.!.!. empty calories!. Try eating fruits and veggies, and drink water instead of fruity beverages!.!.!. and skip the chips!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds ok!.!.!.!.!.but gatorade is meant for excercising and ive heard its bad for you if youre not excercising!. but since youre on a diet its probly ok since its giving you vitamins and nutrients you may not be getting because of the diet!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no its notWww@Answer-Health@Com

What kind of diet is this!. Ditch the doritos and find some fruit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What kind of diet is that!? The cream cheese and the Doritos are full of fat!. You didn't eat any vegetables or fruits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its not too much to eat, but the bagel and cream cheese are high in calories and with the doritos even higher!. Have fruit, carrots, yogurt, salad!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not too many calories, but it isn't very healthy either!. It is very carb heavy and likely to leave you hungry sooner than you'd like!.

I would recommend swapping the gatorade for water!. Why waste calories on gatorade for lunch, ya know!?

suggestions:
1) Swap the doritos for a piece of fruit or some raw vegetables!. But, you probably know this!.!.!. too bad there is rarely good looking fruit in a vending machine!
2) You could try peanut butter in place of the cream cheese, if you like peanut butter!.
3) Or just include a handful of almonds or pistachios for a little extra proteinWww@Answer-Health@Com
