1] avoid all fried, fast, and junk foods - even diet junk foods
2] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
3] take a good multivitamin with minerals every day
4] do some aerobic activity for 30 to 45 minutes every day - walk, run, swim, mow the lawn, rake leaves, clean the gutter, dance with your girlfriend
5] lift some weights three days a week
6] alternate days, do pushups, pullups, situps, obliques, and crunches[ 3 sets each, 10 reps - if too easy, double it ]
