Bulimia doesn't really work, they do end up throwing up portions of the food, but a great deal of the nutrients are already being abstracted into the system!. So yes they would still have bowel movements, and also they do not throw up everything!.!.!.people will bulimia (to my understanding) tend to throw up when they feel guilty about what they just ate (normally junk food)Www@Answer-Health@Com
