It can be, but it can also lead to injury!.

A VARIED activity regime is much easier for your body to cope with!. Each activity uses a unique combination of skills and muscle actions, so that some of your muscles and your 'pathway processes' will be able to rest while you're busy working others hard!.

By doing the same activity every day, you are likely to 'overwork' a muscle, joint or nerve system!. This is exactly like getting RSI from a repetitive workplace task!.

Daily yoga and swimming would serve well as an 'antidote' to the repetitive aspects of daily basketball!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
