They are all pretty much the same!. The only differences may be in the inactive ingredients and fillers!.
Because I had to have my stomach removed, I have to get all my nutrients from vitamins and have not noticed any difference in my lab results using different brands of vitamins!. I am partial to Puritan Pride because they are less expensive than a lot of the others and do the trick just fine!.
