I love fruits but have vegetables. Help?!


Question: I love fruits but have vegetables!. Help!?
As long as I take a multivitamin, is it alright to eat all fruit and no veggies!? What specifically is the difference of nutrients between the two, if any!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes!.
the only real difference is that most fruits contain more fructose, or sugar, than most vegetables!. With the exception of beets of course, which are grown for sugar processing!.
You can find most minerals and vitamins in fruits that are also found in vegetables!.
For iron, which you would get from spinach, you can get it from prunes (yech)
