Question: I need motivation to lose weight, like short term!.!?
Like I want to lose weight and my motivation in the end is to try and be a model/actress, but like that seems so far away that its not motivating me, any short term motivation that you think will help me please I really really need to lose weight fast im so miserableWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not really sure what will work for you, but what has worked for me is setting small, easy to reach goals so I don't get discouraged along the way!.
I also pick another reason other than just myself to do it for, such as finding an old pair of jeans that don't fit anymore and shooting to fit into them again
Or even telling yourself to do it for someone else besides yourself!.
I'm sure it sounds ridiculous, but that's what has worked for me in the past!.
Also, try not to stay in the house too much!. Get out and do things that keep you from thinking about food or that get you out and exercise!.

Buy the bathing suit you want to wear this summer and get it a little small!. Try it on every once in a while until it starts fitting right!. If it gets to be too big just return it and get one that fits (don't take off the tags)!. Since you see yourself everyday you might not notice it by looking at yourself in the mirror BUT if you feel yourself fitting into things that you couldn't before you will know your hard work is paying off! If you work hard you will start to feel a difference in about 2-3 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Download some 'thinspiration' of models/actresses/singers who you admire for their figure and keep that picture in your head!.

Also, I find keeping a diary of food and exercise helps a lot!. It sounds really, really lame but I write letters to myself in mine - stating what I intend on eating, exercising and what my short term goal is!. If I don't meet the goals I feel guilty and it helps get me back on track!.

There's always a short term goal - a party, a wedding, a shopping trip, a holiday!. Just keep it on a roll and eventually you will become accoustomed to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
