Where exactly does body fat go after working it off?!

Fats are large molecules that the body makes to store energy!. When our body "works off" fat it's really breaking the bonds between different atoms and molecules to create ATP (amino triphosphate), or energy, to fuel our muscles!. These molecules combine with oxygen so that we can use the energy stored in them (It's more or less a combustion reaction)!. The remaining products will be released through your urine!.
