Question: FAT (Pictures included)HELP! 10 points!!?
I am 5'9 weigh 132 pounds, and am a teenage female!.
I have been on a 1,000 calorie diet for 2 weeks(not including weekend, i ate junk on saturday/sunday) and went from 140 pounds to 132 pounds in that time!.
If i stay on my 1,000 cal!. diet how long will it take me to get down to 120 pounds or less!?
I would like a body like these !.!.!.

I just want to say, going around and calling someone rude unnecessary names is not going to make you a better person!. Lay off the girl, she's trying to lose weight and she simply asked if her plan would work!. I don't understand why idiots such as yourself walk this earth to just put people down!. Those girls are far too skinny for my liking and to tell you the truth, you'll probably never look as skinny as them because they're damn freaks!

you should weight no less than 127# for a 5'9" body!.
You are NOT eating enough caloires if you are also working out for 30-40 mins of cardio !.!.!.
if you want to look like an anorexic toothpick, then stay on the path you're on!. If you want to continue to look like a healthy young lady, add another 200-500 calories to your diet & continue to eat low fat, low cal foods & do your workouts!.

FYI - 1# of fat weighs the same as 1# of muscle !.!.!. 1#
Fat takes up much more room than muscle which is lean & requires more to be !.!.!. that is why you weigh more when you are leaner !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm trying to lose weight to and i'm eating healthy on weekdays and sundays, and eat total junk on saturdays!. my dietitian says that it's okay to eat what u want on one day for 3-6 months because after that time ur body realizes that and starts to gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are too tall to weigh 120 pounds or less, i have the feeling you will end up looking like skeletor more than these women if you go to 120!. i think you just need to tone up now, and please remember that everyone has a different body shape, find out what yours is, you know the whole pear or hourglass shapes!. once you find your body shape set realistic goals for yourself!. please be very careful its easy to become obsessed with your weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, let me assure you, those girls are less than 120, and probably have a bmi of about 16-17, which is very underweight!.
yeah, you are NOT going to feel good once you reach that weight!. to get there, you're going to have to eat WAY less than 1000 cals, and you're gonna feel like ****!. believe me, i know what i'm talking about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot judge yourself by weight alone because muscle weighs more than fat!. You sound rather thin, and could be developing a eating disorder so get a grip on it while you can!. My guess is you don't like the way your clothes fit, you need to pick what you don't like specifically and develop a workout plan that addresses those issues!. EXAMPLE: If you're thin and have no ab muscles you might have a muffin top which you hate, therefore you look at yourself and think you're too fat!. If that's the case you need to work on that specific area!. Get a body ball, and weights or educate yourself on-line!. Another issue girls face is comparing ones self w/ a friend who is one size smaller!. Why!? Work toward your goals for you, and no one else :) Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your height with that weight will look unhealthy!.
There are so many health problems that can and will arise if you're under weight!.

Your weight sounds fine now, you don't need to lose anymore! Just lift some weights and do some strength training to tone up!. Aww you're weight is perfect! You really do not need to diet, at all! Those pictures are all airbrushed and fake!. I know it's hard because as much as I say "ohhh don't worry they're just stupid models" i can't help wanting their body too!
They have trained for years to get like that and it's the photography skill also, so don't be too disappointed if you don't get that dream body!.
Just eat healthily, 1000 calories isn't healthy! At least have another 200 more!.
Teenage bodies change constantly, I would know, Mine does!

If you would of included a picture of yourself- then I would of determined if you were alright in weight or not~ but anyways!.!.!.!.!. You're doing just fine!.!.!. Don't put such strickness on your body!.!.!.Try the green tea diet- just plain decaffeinated green tea is great!. I've been drinking green tea for about 6 months now & when I started the green tea diet I lost a little over 20 pounds in 2 months!.!. I went down from 136 - 107 lbs- but then decided to go up on my weight just a few pounds because I felt to skinny!.!.!.!. I was also on the ACV diet- Apple Cider Vinegar!. I mix 2-3 teaspoons mixed with 8 oz of water & lemon juice for the taste!. Drink a glass of that before every meal & you'll see the pounds melting!. If you have a weight scale at home- you'll see the difference within days!. Green tea at least 3-4 times a day & the ACV diet 3 times a day before every meal have been proven for many years to be effective for weight loss!. You should try, it works really good!. Drinking a cup of ACV mixed with water before every meal reduces the appetite as well, so you wont eat big amounts, it doesn't hurt to try!. I'm actually spreding the word because excercising daily & trying to eat healthy alone wasn't doing it for me & I had a baby gut to get rid of~ (I still do, but I just need to tone it now)!. I myself don't like ACV cause it tastes pretty disgusting & the green tea- I'm not a tea drinker- but I can handle cause they have many flavors, and its not so bad!. I found those really helpful to my diet!. Make sure you eat healthy, lots of fruits & veggies, drink lots of waters, cut down on the sweets & junk food, try to bake food more often instead of frying, try excercising as much as you can- to get toned- just don't over do it like some people say- you'll feel sore the next day so you have to take it easy at first and add on to your daily excercise!. I'll garantee that by the end of the week you'll feel much better, and I bet if you weigh yourself in the scale you'll be 3-4 pounds lighter!. Just don't cheat!.!.!.LOL No candy! No Junk! Keep that in mind, I know it's hard, because I'm still fighting the sweet cravings, but I tell myself " I can do it" This is only a temporary thing" If I keep telling myself that, before I know it, I won't crave for sweets or junk anymore & eating healthy will be a normal thing to me!. I hope this helps!.!. I would say that if you keep on the diet you're in right now you'll get down to 120 in about 2-4 weeks!.!.!. I would try increasing your diet with about 150- 200 more calories a day!.!. It isn't really healthy to have such low calories like that- because you're desperatly seeking a model figure!. You need more calories than that- tecnically you're fine with the weight you are now- because of your height!.!.!.!.The weight that you loose at first is usually water weight, then you start melting real pounds!.!.!. Keep up the exercise, you're doing well on that!.!.!.
