Am I Fat? (with pictures)?!


Question: Am I Fat!? (with pictures)!?
I'm 18 years old
I'm 6 feet and 5 inches!.
I weigh 183 and I lift weights about 3-4 times a week!. So im not sure about the ammount of muscle weight on me either but you can probably find out by looking at me in my pictures!.

Bottom line though "am I fat!? or do I look fine the way I am!?" Ive been really worried lately about my weight for some reason since I used to be chubby when I was younger and I know I can gain weight again easier then other people because of that!. Thats why I have a little beard belly by the way!. lol Ive tried making it go away "impossible" all I can do is shrink it!. lol

Also I think I need to work my chest more because I normally do more curls then push or anything else in the weight room!.

Well I guess the weight obsession is attacking men as well as women!. You are not fat!. You are doing well to tone your body!. But you are fine, it's more in your head!. Don't compare yourself to others, what is right for you may be different for someone else!. Learn to appreciate who you are, not what you look like!.

PS!. In Hollywood people are paying $300 to have their hair look like yours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You look fine don't worry about it!.
The only thing I would mention is the belly, but if you've tried everything, then I guess you just have to accept it!.

you need to put on muscle--badly! that will start to balance out your body proportion!. i figured that at your height and weight you wouldn't have any body fat!.!.!.but, you do!. therefore, you're really lacking lean muscle mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and muscle building should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.

When I purchased this it actually got me off the couch and got me to work out, because I did NOT want my money going to waste!. I hope you will have the same results that I did!.

Interesting!. I had a similar situation just out of high school (same height as you and weighed about 300 lbs through HS)!. Now I'm 210 just a couple years later!. Your bodyfat is probably okay, just at a glance!. I would recommend putting on more muscle however!. Find out how you need to eat in order to do that, lift heavier with fewer repetitions, and you should be making newbie gains (it's a good thing - new lifters grow way faster than people who have been doing it for a while) in no time!.

One thing I will say is once you have figured out how much you should be eating to gain muscle (Don't skimp and try to cut fat and build muscle at the same time, especially at the outset!), just follow your chosen lifting program!. If you start to put on a little more fat because of the surplus required to put on muscle, don't worry!. Whenever I go into a bulking phase I just remind myself "I got cut once, I can get re-cut and this time it's not nearly as much as before!"
