DesperATLY NEEd hELP! PLEZ?!


Question: DesperATLY NEEd hELP! PLEZ!?
I am 5'9 132 pounds and on a 1,000 calorie diet!.
I had 1,300 cals today!.!.i went on the treadmill for 30 minutes at 2!.5 mph and walked the dog at a good pace for 25 minutes!. Did i burn those extra 300 calories off!?!?
I am also going to walk the dog for another 40-50 minutes before it gets too dark!.
How many calories should i burn!?
I really want to have only 1,000 cals!. per day, but i screwed up and need to burn it off!

When I was in the special forces, we ate something crazy like up to 3,000-6,000 calories a day and never put on weight because we had anywhere from 16-19 hour days and we were constantly working and moving!.For you, it is all relative though, because you only have focused workouts several times a day!. One of the biggest things for me was that I weight trained extensively before I served three tours in Iraq, so when I was there, not only the cardio made me stay at the same weight or lose it, also the muscle I had helped me to stay balanced because muscle burns alot of calories and mix that with cardio and you find an even balance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calm down! You cannot possibly be having any fun living if you freak out about calories so much!. Yes, it is very important to stay healthy and in shape, but it sounds like you barely eat anything anyways!. You could stand to even gain some weight!. Life isn't about freaking out about calories all the time!. Just live a healthy lifestyle and you will learn that it is ok to splurge sometimes!. Just try to relax and realize that 300 is barley anything and it wont even put you close to gaining a pound, which is 3,500 calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
