Can eating effect my concentration habit?!


Question: Can eating effect my concentration habit!?
Can my eating habit effect how good I concentrate and do school!?!?

I eat Taco Bell, (Cheese and Bean quesadilla's) and I eat pizza!.!. I eat peanut butter and jelly sandwich's throughout the week, and about once a week I get Robeks Smoothie (if you have never heard of it, all they sell are healthy smoothies!.!.) I get pina coloda with Vitabek which has tons of vitamins, and pizza!.!.!. Thats about all I eat, I eat Vegetables and fruits sometimes too, mainly fruits!.!.!. but if it does effect it, what should I change, like eat more of what or less of, ect!.!.!. I also drink a lot of dr!. pepper, and hardly any water!.!. If that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, foods do help with the way your brain functions!. The healthier you eat, the more clearly you will think, the more focused you will be, the easier it will be to concentrate, the better your outlook will be, and the faster/sharper your mind will be!.

You're eating a lot of fats!. Stop eating so much fast food and junk, and start eating healthier!. Eat more fruits and veggies--'sometimes' doesn't cut it; your body needs these EVERY day!. Eat less sodium!. Eat less fat!. Eat less junky sugar!. Drink WATER, not sodium-and-calorie loaded nutritionally-empty sodas!.

Eating healthy doesn't mean that you have to spend forever preparing a meal nor does it mean that you have to spend a ton of money!. The money you spend on Taco Bell and pizza ALONE in a week can be used to buy yourself a week's worth of frozen veggies (which, don't take long to cook)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, what you eat can effect your ability to concentrate!. Consume plenty of calcium and your essential vitamins!. Don't drink as much soda, just more water!. This is not only to help w/ focus but your overall health as well!. And get plenty of sleep & exercise!. They help more than anything in helping yourself focus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
