Why cant i lose the weight i want too?!


Question: Why cant i lose the weight i want too!?
I weigh around 190 I am 5'2 and 20 years old i have been working out eating healthy and i cant seem to lose weight i dont know if its because of my birth control like ill lose weight but wont lose anything past 172 and then i gain it all back all i drink is water i eat salads grilled chicken i work out i jsut cant seem to shake this weight i dont know i have tried alot of stuff even diet pills while eating healthy and working out and like i said i can get down to 172 but nothing lower and my doctor says i am over weight that i should weigh around 120-140 for my height and so on but i cant get down to that weight for anythign it really sucks can anyone help me out!? give me some ideas!.

I do 100 sit ups every night
I run 2 miles every day ( bad ankle cant run to long)
I do 100 jump in jacks
100 squats
I do the carmen electra work out videos for an hour every day
i eat healthy
i just dont know what else to do!

it might be your birth control stuff!. and dont listen to docs about the overweight crap!. the BMI scale is so stupid!. i dont know your body structure but you might just naturally be a big girl!. my bestfriend is like that!. he might look fat but he's in amazing shape and super strong!. your weight shouldnt matter if you look good and fit because it seems like youre doing everything right with your workouts and diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

start writing down what you eat and keep a journal!. you might be doing to much exersice while not eating enough!. there are online tools you can use like weightwatchers!.com, myfooddiary!.com etc!.

maintain all those exercises daily!. just stop eating meat like grilled chicken, burgers!. 0-meat!. take more juices and drink a lot of water and 70% raw food if you can make it 100% the better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it might be muscle mass and it also depends on how long youve been exercising and eating good!. you donht get slim overnight ya know it takes time!. drink plenty of cold water though!. it boostts metabolism and helps you lost weight quicker!. and just keep up the good work!. you will be fine!. youre only 20 u have plkenty of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
