Eat 5 small meals a day. For example:
Breakfast- cereal, oatmeal or 2 eggs
Snack- fruit or yogurt
lunch- salad
snack- fruit or granola bar
dinner- chicken or veggies

You need to work out as well. Soend at least a minimum of 20 mins doing cardio. Less than 20 mins your wasting your time. Also start doing light weight training. This will help keep your skin toned as you lose the weight.
Switch up your exercises. Your body gets border doing the same things.
