A good rule of thumb is 100 lbs for a woman 5 feet tall and 5 lbs for every inch taller!. So, a healthy weight for someone 5'5" would be approximately 125 lbs!. But, depending on your bone structure, your personal healthy weight could be a little more or less!. 135 lbs would mean a bmi of 22-23, which is normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on your age, how much muscle mass you have, how large your frame is, etc!.

135lbs at 5'5 could be anywhere from excellent to overweight!. Only your doctor can tell you if your weight is good for your body type!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
