Children's weight shouldn't be toyed with!. Don't worry if they are heavy or light, but focus on their health!.
They actually tend to need more calories for development than an adult, but they can easily over-consume in today's world!.
Feed your child small, healthy portions!. If you aren't sure, then buy premeasured items!. Single serving oatmeal packets in the morning with toast and milk is plenty!. A single two slice sandwich with some fruit for lunch is plenty!. Lean Cuisine or some other measured meal for dinner is plenty!. Try to enforce that they aren't consuming extras!.
Get them exercise!. Taking away the computer games and making them go outside won't be as effective as going outside with them!. You may have to change your lifestyle as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
