Targeted muscles?!

Question:

Targeted muscles?

in chin up and rope skipping..thanks

Answers:

Chin-ups are one of the greatest exercises of all. The primary muscles targeted are:
1. Back (lats, the "wings" on your sides).
2. Biceps.
3. Posterior deltoids (the back part of your shoulders).

Secondarily, your stomach muscles get a workout. You can concentrate on them more by lifting your knees a little when you pull up.

Rope skipping is an exercise that primarily improves cardiovascular shape, so I guess you could say the targeted muscle is really the heart. However the other muscles involved are:
1. Calves
2. Biceps (if you hold your hands out from your elbows a little more than usual).
