Congrats you've found the scam!

Yes, it's all untrue!.

Do you know how many height/weight charts have been pressed upon the public since 'diets' became interesting!?
No matter what, these charts, mathematical equations, facts and figures will find a way to make almost everyone feel like they need to lose weight!. Everyone, EVERYONE, must be too fat!.

It's an industry!.
They make money when you buy their pills, potions, and low-fat low-carb screwed up food!. Trying to 'be' something!.

Just like gas is an industry!. If you live in the city, where traffic jams keep people in their cars for HOURS going 7 miles an hour - do you really need to spend $60,000 on a luxury SUV!?
NOooooooo

But it's an industry!.

They make money, making YOU feel like you NEED to have that big shiny car to 'be' something!.

So figure it again and again if it makes you happy, but it will never make sense - because it's just not true!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, first of all, why are you freaking out!? You don't need to crunch numbers to figure out that that's totally wrong!. Besides, obese means you're fifty pounds or more overweight, which you're not!. So, chill out! The average body fat percentage for women is somewhere around 21%, so you're well under being obese!. Relax!Www@Answer-Health@Com

BMI is an antiquated measuring system made for statistical analysis among large populations and doesn't take into account body composition!. So, it's little wonder your BMI is different from what your bodyfat reading is!. You didn't mention what you used to determine your bodyfat percentage, there are ways that are much more accurate than others!. Your best bet is to purchase is a pair of hand calipers and learn to use them correctly, they're really cheap and pretty accurate compared to impedence scales or BMI!.

At 5'4" and 110 pounds, you're already light enough as it is!. What you should aim for is increasing athletic ability and good health through a healthy whole food diet and exercise!. When you make good diet and exercise part of your lifestyle, weight management just falls into place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
