Actually a woman's weight can fluctuate from day to day and the fact that you were on your period speaks for itself!. You get bloated while on your period because you are retaining water!. This added water will make you weigh a little more!. Ever notice how when on your period your clothes seem to fit a little tighter!? There's the explanation!.

As for your lifestyle, I commend you for taking the steps to change your eating habits to be a healthier person!. Just keep in mind that being skinny isn't always healthy, but you seem to be heading down the right path!. Eating plenty of fruits and veggies is a great idea and measuring your food can be hard, especially if you get hungry!. Having that piece of pie to celebrate won't totally derail your efforts!. Keep in mind that at some point you may hit a plateau - you may go a week or 2 without losing any weight at all!. Don't let this get you down!. Just keep on doing what you are doing and remember to drink lots of water!.

Congratulations on making a difference in your life and losing the weight you have already!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will be bloated on your period!. So that would make a difference!. Other than that!.!.!.just keep exercising and do what you are doing and it should work! I don't see how a little piece of pie hurt you in the first place!.!.!.you should be able to eat a little something like that every now and then without it effecting you all that drastic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

big chief remember he gained 150 pounds when he got married and lost 250 pounds when i got her off my back when we got divorced -Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all you're not fat so don't beat yourself up!. and secondly, it's really easy to drop the weight super fast at first but it slows down, happens with everyone! the key is to just keep doing what you're doing!. and remember muscle weighs more so if you tone up, your weight may not drop a ton!.

and your period can affect your weight a few pounds because you do retain water weight during that time!

just keep doing what you're doing! it's all about healthy choices and toning up!. weight is just a number!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are doing just fine!. 10lbs in a month is a lot!. When you first start to lose weight you lose fluid!. Which always comes off quickly!. It's natural for your weight loss to slow down!. Don't get discouraged!. Keep doing what you are doing!. You will see results!. Your period can effect your weight because you become fluidy!. Don't worry about a thing!. You are doing fine and if you keep it up you will be at your ideal weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes! You do gain weight before your period, about a week before I start I gain like 5lbs but its goes away a few days before I start!. I bet you lost more than you thought but your period is hiding it now!.You are making really smart choices on the way you are loosing weight and doing it the right way!.

But a little tip, the best dieters allow themselves to cheat and not feel guilty , its a good way to reward yourself for the hard work you have been doing!. It keeps you from getting discouraged and quitting dieting all together!. A piece of pie every now and then is good for the soul!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are going to have have really good weeeks but then your gonna have not as good weeks especially once you start loosing weight you will loose weight for a while then it will go a little slower than usual but then youll start to get back on track
and besides dont get dicorouged of a small # loosing is always better than gaining

Ok for one you have to indulge every once in awhile!. Your body is used to enjoying that stuff so if you rip it out completely your body will shut down on yah!. Other thing you have to change your sequence!. Your body gets used to a certian routine and if you dont periodiaclly change that your body wont budge or change!. So do something different!. I recently lost all my baby weight and getting some skin off bye working out and I change my routine everyweek!. Work out at least twice a week I know it sucks but it helps alot!. Also watch your muscle when you work you loose your weight but gain muscle and that ways more then weight!. So watch every body part and changes everywhere!. 14 to an 11 know your average not overwight and thats great!. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK IT WILL BE VERY HARD!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
