Question: Dropping weight in a month and 1/3!?
I am going to sweden to see a friend and need to drop some weight!. I will be leaving the 31st of next month!. I've always been a bigger guy, played football in highschool!. Now its been a couple years since football and im not as tight as I used to be!. I don't really need to lose weight I am fine with my weight where its at, but I do need to tighten up my stomach!. I do crunches in the mornings and push-ups but I have bad knees from sports so I can't really run for long distances!. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!. I am open to any answers, dieting!.!.!.!.!.running, whatever just give me some tips :]

maybe I can help you with this one!. After I gave birth to both of my children, in a period of 2,5 years I've gain up to 25 kg more on me, so I started having a diet on reccomendation od a cardio surgeon, (since I have a heart medical condition) and it goes like this: monday to friday breakfast the same: orange, small piesce of bread and cofee or tea/no sugar
Lunch: day 1: orange, boiled egg with salt, cream low fat milk, small piesce of bread
day 2 : orange, boiled egg with salt, cream low fat milk, small piesce of bread
day 3: orange, boiled egg with salt, cream low fat milk, small piesce of bread
day 4: 125g cow cheese, small piesce of bread, fresh tomato
day 5: 200g barbecued fish, small piesce of bread, fresh tomato
Dinner:
day 1: small piesce of bread, cucumber, tomato
day 2: small piesce of bread, boiled egg, 125g!. minced meat, tomato, orange, tea
day 3: small piesce of bread, salad no oil, boiled egg, tea, orange
day 4: 125g minced meat, apple, small piesce of bread
day 5: 500g boiled vegetable, tomato, boiled egg, small piesce of bread

during the weekend you can eat whatever you want!. You'll loose up to 5 kg the first week and in 20 days up to 20kgWww@Answer-Health@Com
