Question: Help me get a diet!.!.!.!?
Okay, so I really want to go on a diet!. I may seem skinny, but in reality I overreat too much and I have a hidden gut!. I need to get on a better diet, or I think I'll look like a fat slob eventually!. But, I have two factors blocking me: 1!. I can't seem to stay away from the sugary stuff!. I always think It'll be easy, until I get home from a long day at school!. Then I crave it!. 2!. My parent's think I'm perfectly healthy and probably won't let me go on a diet!.
I'm 6' exactly and weigh 140 pounds!. Don't say I don't need to go on a diet, because I eat very poorly and It's a surprise that I'm as skinny as I am!.
Here was my diet today:
Breakfast: Juice, muffin!.
Lunch: Pizza or something else served at school, chocolate milk, and cafeteria desert!.
Snacks: Dry cereal, soda, chips, poptart, and more!.
Dinner: Pancakes, eggs, bacon, orange!.!. (Breakfast for dinner)!.
My diet is okay as far as the three meals, but it's the snacks that are doing me in!. Extra information to come!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
