I'm a chunk. I used to work out 7 days a week for 1 hour, but nothing really came out of it. Any tips?
Food tips, EASY but garenteed result work out tips, But no pill tips. I'm not into that kind of stuff.

This is what I did:
Eat three meals and two snacks per day, keep your calorie count between 1200 and 1600 calories a day. I exercise about 45 minutes a day, four times a week mostly doing cardio. I load up on whole grains, lean protein, and green veggies.
