not me!. i want toned arms and leg muscles but i can do that by ruinning and lifting heavy things!.!.i think a majority of people i see in my gym are just show-offs!. i prefer to save myself the shame of sweating and puffing in a public space so im gettin sum cardio equipment!.!.i no its irrelevent to your question but i like talking well writing :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

During the cold months of winter, let's say from November to April ( I live in Canada!) I train to gain muscle mass!. It took me forever to get definition on my triceps and shoulders but I always have to work hard at it!.!.!.!. Back and glutes are also key elements!.!.!. I don't even do that much cardio during those months, about 30 mins 3-4 times a week!.!.!. But when the warmer months arrive, I lean out, lower my weight range and up my reps and sets!.!.!. I also up my cardio to 60 mins 5-6 times a week!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
