Lots of high fiber foods, such those with bran in them!. Bran Flakes is an excellent source of fiber, also fresh fruits, and drinking plenty of water!. In addition, Exericise is a great way to keep things going!. There are many fiber supplements, many in pill form, that can be taken daily!.
