Question: I am 14!! so help!?
i am a vegan and i also need to put on some wrist wieght, not arm wieght just wrist woegght
what can i do
i said vegan so ppl would know that i cant just eat to gain weight

Carbs make you gain weight and give you a good supply of energy!
if you are a vegan just watch what carbs you eat as some do contain egg or other animal products

First pay more attention in English/spelling/typing class, which ever it is!.!.!.
Second, you can not gain wrist weight!.
Fat distributes itself across the body, as your body sees fit!. Which is different from person to person based on genetics!. There is very little fat in the wrist area, except for the morbidly obese!. You will have to learn to live with the wrists you were born with, sorry!.

Well being a vegan at 14, i can see you growing out of it, and being a vegetarian and being a vegan is a completely different thing btw!. Simply enough if you eat enough of ANYTHING you will gain fat!. If you are avoiding a non vegan diet simply because you think you are going to gain weight and get 'fat', you should seriously consider reevaluating your diet!. Most vegans are vegans due to their beliefs, not just because its a fad, or they are afraid of gaining weight!.

If your diet does stem from your beliefs and i am completely off the mark (as i can be), GOOD FOR YOU, do what you believe in!.

ANYWAY!! You cant just eat a certain food or do a certain exercise and expect to put on weight (i!.e fat) wherever you want on your body!. The same thing applies when trying to lose weight as well, you cant just lose the fat in the exact areas you want!. You may say increasing muscle mass would be a good way of gaining weight, however this really wouldnt apply to the wrist area!.

you cannot put on weight if you don't eat fat!. I'm sorry but that is the truth!. you can eat more of everything but i doubt that you will put on much weight!. and by the way you think it's bad to eat chicken but you don't mind them being used for testing!? tut tut chandni!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com
